Your licenses
Everything you buy is linked to the e-mail you paid with. Sign in with that e-mail to see it here, and 321hub unlocks it on your Macs. Nothing there? Email support@321audio.com the address you paid with.
Activate Lift
- Install 321hub and sign in with your 321audio account, the one with the e-mail you paid with.
- Install Lift from 321hub, or click Demo · Activate in Lift: it opens 321hub, which checks your account and unlocks Lift. No key to paste; the internet is needed for this step only.
- Lift now shows Licensed to your name, and the demo noise is gone. The VST3 and AU versions on the same Mac share this activation.
Reinstalling Lift or updating macOS on the same Mac doesn't use up another activation.
Free up a Mac
A license works on up to 3 Macs at a time. If 321hub says it is already active on 3 Macs, release one of them first:
- On the Mac you no longer use: open 321hub, click ··· next to the app and choose Deactivate this Mac.
- From any browser: sign in at the top of this page and choose free up next to the Mac you no longer use.
- The old Mac is gone (sold, broken, stolen): email support@321audio.com with your order number or the email you paid with, and we'll release it for you.
Then activate on the new Mac. A released Mac goes back to demo mode the next time Lift checks the license online.
Working offline? Once activated, Lift never needs the internet. It checks the license quietly at most once a month when you are online, and being offline never locks it.
