Refund policy

In short
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, even after you download or activate.
- Email support@321audio.com with your order number or the email you paid with.
- Paddle refunds your original payment method, and the license is turned off.
This applies to every paid 321audio app. Each one has a free demo, so you can try it in your own setup before you buy.
Paddle.com is our reseller and the merchant of record for all our orders, so refunds are paid by Paddle. Your purchase is also covered by Paddle's buyer terms. To ask for a refund, write to us or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt.
Your legal rights
Our 14 days go further than the law in most places. In Brazil you may withdraw from an online purchase within 7 days. In the EU and the UK you have 14 days, but for downloads that right usually ends once the download starts. With us, downloading or activating doesn't affect your 14-day refund.
What happens next
- Paddle sends the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
- The license from that order is deactivated. On each Mac, the app goes back to its demo the next time it checks the license online.
After 14 days
We don't normally refund after 14 days. If something is wrong, write to us anyway: if an app doesn't work on a supported setup and we can't fix it, we'll make it right. Your legal rights for faulty software still apply after 14 days.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before you dispute a charge with your bank. A refund is faster for everyone. A chargeback deactivates the license, just like a refund.
