What's the difference between the demo and the full version?

Nothing but the license. The demo has every feature, but all audio coming out of Lift carries a short noise every few seconds: the preview, MIDI and dragged WAVs. Activate a license in the same install and the noise is gone. No reinstall. The demo installs from 321hub.

How do I activate?

Through 321hub, with no key to paste. Your license is linked to the e-mail you paid with: make your 321audio account with it (the purchase e-mail has the link), sign in to 321hub and Lift unlocks on its own. In Lift, Demo · Activate opens 321hub. Activation needs an internet connection once.

On how many Macs can I use it?

Up to 3 at a time. Moving to a new Mac? On the old one, open 321hub, click ··· next to lift and choose Deactivate this Mac, or sign in at your account and free it up there. If the old Mac is gone, email support@321audio.com and we'll release it. How to free up a Mac

Does it need the internet?

Only to activate. After that Lift works fully offline. When you are online it checks your license quietly, at most once a month. Being offline never locks it.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase. Email support@321audio.com with your order number. A refunded license stops working. Refund policy
